Nut Allergies- Some of our products may contain
(or have been in contact with) nuts, therefore we cannot
guarantee that our entire product are safe for people with
nut allergies.
Substitutions Policy- Photographs are for illustration
purpose only. The accessories of each product can be
modified pending availability without affecting the price.
Out of stock items will be substituted for items of equal or
greater value.
Returned or exchanged -Due to health and safety
regulations candy bouquets cannot be returned or
exchanged, as they are food items. Our goal is your
complete satisfaction; please notify us immediately if your
order is unsatisfactory.
Order Terms
All orders placed until 12:00 PM will be shipped in the
following of two business working days. All orders received
after 12:00PM will be handled on a first- come first - go to
be delivered to their destination. Time required for delivery
is dependant on location and is outlined in shipping &
freight. (*) Excluding Holiday orders - see below.
* Special instructions are welcome and specific dates that
you would like your gift to be delivered can be
accommodated within courier guidelines and delivery
outside of weekends.
* Please note orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or
public holidays will be handled the next first business
working day. For example If you placed your order for
delivery to Toronto on Saturday your order will be
dispatched on Monday for delivery on the coming
Wednesday.Courier companies have their own guidelines
and parameters and we must abide by the information
they give us. We use highly reputable courier companies
and we will make every effort to deliver our products on
your nominated delivery date, however occasionally delays
are experienced which are out of our control. We do not
accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstance
and delivery charges are non-refundable.
*Holiday Deliveries We cannot guarantee delivery for a
specific day or time during a holiday period. Deliveries
on a statutory holiday or national holiday may be limited
on that day. We recommend that you place your order at
least five-seven days in advance. For last minute orders,
we will do our best to get your order out as per your
requested date or your order will be delivered the
next/closest available day. Shipping rate/ Delivery
We can either deliver your candy bouquet right to your
Recipient’s door or to you so you can personally deliver it!
Your candy bouquets will be wrapped in cellophane and
dressed with a festive bow. We will also include a Life
Sweet Moments tag on which we can add a personal
message.
