1. Where can I purchase your candy bouquets?
At the moment, our candy bouquets can be purchased
through our website only.

2.What are our allergy policies?
Some of our products may contain (or have been in
contact with) nuts, therefore we cannot guarantee that
our entire product are safe for people with nut allergies.
 
3.What is the deadline for placing an order?
Orders need to be placed before 12:00 PM / noon for
next two working days delivery. Same day delivery rates
are higher than the standard delivery charge. Contact
Life Sweet Moments for more info. Online orders placed
on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the
following Monday and delivered within the next two business days.

4. When can bouquets orders be placed?
Orders for bouquets are accepted Monday - Friday
between 08:30-16:30. Orders received until 12:00
PM will be delivered within the next two business days,
unless requested otherwise. After 12:00 the
bouquets may be delivered the next three business
days between 12:00-17:00 PM or another time to be
scheduled in advance.The offices of Life Sweet
Moments are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays, however can be received online to our
email 24/7 days a week.Orders will be handled
 on the first working day after a Sunday and/or
holiday.
 
5. What is the cost per shipment?
The cost of shipment of a candy bouquet in GTA is $15
flat rate. For other destinations please check with us
over the phone.
 
6. Can you commit to a specific delivery hour?
Specific dates that you would like the gift to be delivered
can be accommodated, however as we use a third
party courier company for delivery service their maybe
 delays on rare occasions.
 
7. Can changes be made in a bouquet once an order
is placed?
Changes in bouquet orders can be made provided that
the order has not been prepared and transferred to the
delivery person yet. Changes cannot be made from the
moment the bouquet is prepared and delivered.
Changes in the address for delivery of the bouquet will
be accepted before delivery of the pouquet to the
delivery person. If the bouquet was delivered to the
delivery person and a change was made in the address
for delivery, the client will be charged for an additional
shipment cost.
 
8. What is your policy for returned or exchanged?
Due to health and safety regulations bouquets cannot be
returned or exchanged, as they are a food item. Our
goal is your complete satisfaction; please notify us
immediately if your order is unsatisfactory.
 
9. What if nobody is available to receive the bouquet?
If no one is available to accept delivery, our courier will
return the bouquet to our office.  A second delivery charge
will be applied if you require to have the product
re-scheduled for a second delivery.
 
10. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and AMEX. For those
who wish to pay by Bank Deposit Cheque, Money
Order or Cash, please contact Life Sweet Moments.
 
11. What is the life expectancy of a candy bouquet?
As the bouquet is made from food products, we
recommend eating the candy bouquet within two
month from the date of purchase, provided it remains
wrapped. We recommend that the bouquet be stored
in a cool and dry place (not the refrigerator!).
